Projects are like folders that help you keep your videos neat and organized. You can use them to group videos by theme, topic, or client — whatever works best for you!
✅ What is a Project?
A project is a folder where you keep your videos. For example:
Want a folder just for “Fitness Videos”? Make a Fitness Project!
Making videos for a brand? Create a folder just for that content.
📁 How to Make a Project
You can make a project in two ways:
From the Project Page
Click “Projects” on the left menu
Click Create Project
Give it a name (like “Gaming” or “Podcasts”)
While Downloading a Video
When pasting in a video link, click Add Project
Pick an existing one or make a new one on the spot
🤖 Projects from Automations
If you use Automations, Sludge will automatically make a project for you. Each automation gets its own folder!
📦 Free vs. Pro Projects
Free users get 1 custom project
Pro users can make unlimited projects
🔄 What You Can Do with Projects
✅ Rename them
✅ Delete them
✅ Move videos in or out
✅ Share projects with other Sludge users
You can give them View Only or Edit access
Note: Each video can only be in one project at a time (but it will always show up in Recent Media, too)
