Each automated workflow uses AI Credits based on what it does:

Setup (one-time per content source) | 1 credit |
Process video (no AI captions) | 2 credits |
AI Captions add-on | 1 credit |
Total with captions | 3 credits per video |
AI credits are only used when videos are successfully processed.
AI Credits are not used for any downloading, uploading, or editing with templates. Those features are always unlimited on the basic or pro plan.
